The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Had to enter a bunch of personal info and did not get any rate examples. Now you're going to sell my data and I get nothing to show for it
Not interested in talking to anyone, just researching.
So far easy, but... Only has a spot to ck off under 100K owed & I don't have a mortgage!
This was a trick. I should not have supplied my phone number and email address. I should've been able to receive an estimated value of my home from the site and not have my information passed along to lenders without my permission.
Very misleading, will not return. No information about rates without personal details.
It's cool and u guys are amazing! :) positive feedback
I want a rate that you didn't provide. I have NO DESIRE to talk with anyone at this time. If you can't send me a rate take me off your lists!
Just wanted to know if I could get a loan. Need to just catch up on bills now that I'm working. I can maintain them. So we will see. So far has been very simple
Misleading I want rates not bull$#*! phone calls and email from you selling my info... TAKE ME OFF ANY LISTS AND DO NOT CALL ME
Ok.i just never got a good chance to have a dream home.
Quick reply time. Many irrevellent questions were asked mainly trying to set up an account at a local bank in Caro… they made it easy to work with them as they did not ….
I would like to sell my 5 acres for corner lot. I would like $250,000 for the property.sounds like a lot of money, but any sussessful business like a Gas station station, say a kwik Trip gas station, for example. Or any named gas station. Hwy B is very busy hwy.you follow me. $250,000 is nothing compared to the proffet it would bring in. SO YA HAVE ANY INTEREST in my property.?
No rates are given, you just take information and I'll get sales calls. Deceiving...
This is a scam. They don't give rates, someone has to call you
They won't give you any info until you speak with someone live. Waste of time.
I did not want to receive calls. I wanted to see interest rates online.
Great. Hoping everything turns out great so we can get us a home and move into it and move out of my aunt's house and give her back her home.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
