I was told by my bank you couldn't mortgage your home more than 2 times!, I said well I'm the new owner so I don't get a chance? Truth be told they weren't going to mortgage my home! Why I don't know they didn't trust me or they were giving loans just not to me! It made me angry that saying that well making me feel stupid and foolish to.
So far it's been pretty good and smooth sailing. So I'm, just waiting for the moment when something goes wrong.
