The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very user friendly. Much better than "fill in the blank " documents.
Well you should offer deals on payed off 5 th wheels and r.v.s
I type all of the required information in and at the end you don't show me anything. I have to talk with someone and now I'll be getting bombarded with emails and phone calls, which is ridiculous. This is not what you promised when I first saw this ad. Bate and switch, which is not surprising, but I assumed you would be a legit company who wouldn't do that...I was wrong.
Fast and my phone did not ring the second I put my phone number in. Thank you
I don't want someone contacting me just to view and compare rates
I don't want to talk to anyone. Misleading information
Won't really know until I get some offers from lenders. Thank you.
This is BS. You match me with only 1 provider. Total BS
Good I am glad I looked into this. My main question is I owe nothing on my home. I would like to see if I could get 25,000 to repair some things, pay some bills etc. So can you tell me the best way to approach this?
This property does not qualify for VA. It's a condominium.
All I wanted was a rate. Now I will get ten calls a day and before call one I know the rate will be more than my present rate on both mortgages.
Hoping for the best company to get me going in paying off this loan
Everything sounds good so far but what's the catch and it's been about 2 years since our bankruptcy has cleared
I do not wish to speak to a lender. I did not appreciate you taking my phone number and calling me.

I still have to know more about you. I really need to get out of here
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
