The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very skeptical that you'll be calling me and hounding me with rates equal to the banks
Just wanted to know for curiosity what I could get. I don't want a lender(s) contacting me!
I hate that I can't see some options without putting in my contact information
Poor communication. Too many. Phone call. Suspicious Fraud. Loan People Pushy Hard Sales
Good, but I don't owe anything on my house, now how much could I get
My house is worth around 65000, and it fully pd off, I want to get 35000 on it
I owe nothing on my house, it's pd conpleatly off, and I would like to borrow 40,000, and il put the house up for colatarol,
It was quite simple and very self explanatory….10 out of 10!
Before I was finished w the few questions I had 6 phone calls from people w this app. Ridiculous
Well when I came in it said that it would give me my information as to what I qualified for to see if I'd liked it and of course it's not here and I kind of expected that everybody says it will be but it's not it's a somebody will call me. I was kind of excited because every time I called before they weren't able to help me get a lower APR. And I did not know this but I'm home Depot whoever owned loan Depot owns like rocket mortgage and the other ones because I got letters saying that I tried to get a loan too many times but the whole thing is that you shop around to try to get you know who's who's going to be better who can do this for you and so I was like dumbfounded that they sent me letter saying I tried too many times. But this is why it's because they own more than one company the same the same company owned more than one refinancing company. So that was a little strange but if anyone to see my new loan availability straightforward or online I don't like to get the phone calls. If I do get phone calls I already have somebody that I talked to already that I wouldn't want to give credit to so all right thank you I appreciate your help you have a wonderful day
Quit asking for phone numbers. I give a fake one because I do not want your million phone calls.
I was not told my info would be sent to lenders. I do not want them calling. If they sound interesting, I will call them.
Please don't call me. I hate the way you people do things. If I want someone to call me than I will call you. You say you will give us lenders names and than at the end you tell us you will call us. NO THANKNYOU
Phone started ringing before I finished the search!
Click bait at its finest. Ask for all of my information to "see rates" and then at the end I get a list of 2 companies and ZERO rates. Just stop.
Ok other than why can't I just get a answer without having to talk to people
Handled things in a Facebook ad, very professional manner
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
