The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

No rates listed, only want me to call someone. No thanks.
Just once I wish a website would actually give you information instead of setting it up for me to get 40 phone calls and 150 emails when all I wanted was a little info
I'm afraid no will help me due to recent bankruptcy
Too many questions and not much output as one would expect! Instead you should provide info and lead users to reach you only if they want to proceed with
Was looking for free quote, not be rushed with bunch of phone calls.
Should have estimate after taking the time to put information in for that and let person that gave information decide if they want lenders contacting them because of payment results. Do not contact me. Every email will be automatically deleted and numbers blocked without looking!
T.u very much for being there for us thank you and God bless
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
