The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Ok, but only investigating opportunities at this time.
Excellent service, finding matches, continuously to benefit consumers,
Excellent. It was very easy to enter preliminary information and view loan offers from your partners.
Got not information as expected. Instead got a vague message indicating that I will receive calls and emails instead of information. On the surface, it looks like I stumbled on a spam generator. I hope not though
Why you don't just show me the rates, why do I have to talk to people… make my life easy not difficult
Not intrusive and someone has already sent me a message
I have not found property yet! Still looking and I got stuck in this app!
I'm not sure yet I'll let you know if they can help.
I need help in getting funds out of my home to take care of some needed repairs.
The site is very easy to use, it found me a lender very quickly,"
Too early to actually rate this experience! So this is really not proper!
Promising help and then saying you have to verify info before giving information is frustrating...
Easy to fill out the questionnaire. Fast response from mortgage companies.
I don't want to be blown up with calls. Emails are fine. Was expecting to see rates once I provided info.
I need to get money to pay my debt off with a lower payment I'm retired and on fixed income per month and I'm helping my family

It told me just what I already knew - until I bring my credit score up, nobody is going to do a refi cash out yet I'll get 1000 calls a day that I do not need.
Your site boast immediate mortgage rates/estimate. Instead, once you get the info you provide no rate/estimate. Your site explains that I'll get a call instead. I don't want to talk, that's why I'm online!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
