The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Just wanted to see what my options were. Did not have time for a phone call.
So far it's been easy to apply for the loan. Let's check out what they have to offer a single grandmother/ mother on disability buying a home for the first time...
You offer a good rate then get information for bombarding phone calls just looking for your sub 5% interest rate information good luck building your e mail list
Don't want phone calls. Just wanted to see offers first
I don't want phone calls, I want results. Just show me results or email to me. I have no desire to be contacted by several lenders without me getting the info I want first
I don't want a barrage of calls or e-mails
Would rather have the freedom to scan through a list of lenders and their offers
Misleading! I don't want anyone calling me. It should have been simply put online for me to see, not have to have people calling me.
Thanks Brian bailey for all if your help. I love you too... wish we could meet again. I love you friend...
I'd tell you why my rating is only a 1 for your company, but I'd rather you figure that out for yourself. Good luck to you with yours. Also you're welcome for my input.
My experience so far is good. And for that, you're welcome!
So far it is great! Please use my e-mail address not my phone number…It was an ad
No information available. If this is a SCAM, I do not wish to receive calls that waste my time. Thank You.
So far so good. However i dont understand why my credit score should be involved. We have never been late with a payment and only have credit problems because of the bank i
Use for paying bills. The credit cards have raised our interest so its impossible to pay wht they want unless i get extra money to just pay them off. Most,of them i pay what they want monthly and dont charge on them. It is very frustrating. We wanted to stay in this house but so many people want to give us a million dollars for it that we may have to sell and move out of state.
Ok I talk with the aid of a device and you need to have a little more patience while I dail in for this phone. When she couldn't understand me, she just said have a good and hung up.
Just give a little general information without requiring so much private info. That is not neccedary. So a person can the. Decide if they wish to proceed.
It sound like they doing the work
It would take me a while
Having car service and saw this ad. Experience great but not home to receive messages.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
