I was on the internet, and ad comes up about home equity and "see if you qualify". Gave all information needed, hit enter,but once entered then states" a representative will call you. No that sucks. If I wanted to talk to a representative, I would have called myself. But I just wanted a quick estimate by info given. But No they want to call and stress me out. Why even bother having the internet and entering my personal information. Doesn't make any sense. Well so please lose my info and don't share it please. I'm not interested any more. Thanks anyway,

Advertising is very switch and bait. The google add promises a "4.64% on refinancing." Then asks me to fill out a bunch of info, which you tell me is meant to find me rates. I submit — still no rates. It seems like you've just sold my informaron to third party lenders, which is NOT the promise. I regret filling out the form - I know I will get hounded by endless sales people from lenders now. You did not solve my problem.
No actual rates down and personal info mandatory. I better not receive spam calls or emails as I didn't even get any interest rates. This is bull$#*!
