The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Hope your different in since taking out a Conventional loan I can get but it's not what I need because to update to the consolidated government has to be done for them to turn electricity back on.
Can Lengo find out what who is on title for
Address? Can be able to have a contractor loan because homeowners need a mortgage for the updated mortgage company?
Would rather have the opportunity to choose when to have phone calls.
I got no info back unless they call me. I don't want a call back. I just want some info first.
Good except i owe nothing on my home. Im thinking of doing some updating
This was an inquiry, not an aggressive ask. I literally started getting multiple solicitation phone calls as soon as my info was submitted - but before I had access to any information.
So far good I am just now started to work with them. I am praying all work out
Nothing came up to show me the rate or if I qualify. I do not want to be bothered on the phone for just general information about a loan against a rental property with no mortgage on it.
This was bull$#*!…. You gave me NO information and ONLY setup a phone call that I DO NOT want. I don't want to talk. I want information I can READ
I know experience I ain't did never feel like some application
Site said it would provide me refinance rates. Instead calls. False advertising. Delete me!
Your site is misleading, I do not want a bunch of lenders calling me. I just want to know what y'all have to offer if you can't show me that online then why am I using you?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
