The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's $#*!ing genius just like the lame online marketing
I just hit the button and immediately had 3 calls. I liked the 0 closing and 4.75% rate. The first call wanted to pull my credit report before she even offered me a rate. Now she tells me to go on her website to pull that information (closing cost and rate). Seems like I'm doing all the work.
I live in Hawaii which has a significant time difference with the continental US so I prefer email in stead of phone calls.
Quick and easy so far waiting for responses. Ready in July.
I don't like to be no bombarded immediately with phone calls asking for more or the same info. It's misleading!
You hype people up and tell them they are going to see how much money they can gain from a re-finance and then pound us with useless phone calls from companies that cannot really help at all.
Please remove me from your relentless call efforts.
I did not get any quotes and I don't accept sales calls. Just wanted a ball park quote
Your initial statement about what my property can yield is misleading. I don't want phone calls unless they have something to offer.
Please don't bother me with your false advertising. You said you would see how much your home is worth or what I can get instantly. Then I put in my info and your agent will call me no thanks I'm not interested if you have to use click bate to get customers to click on your link. Do not contact me!
You should give the option here at the end to TEXT rather than just speak on the phone. When doing business I like to text because then I have
A written and verbal account of everything we discussed.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
