The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Information looks hopeful. I can be specific after I get complete information.
I thought Lifeline was going to help me I didn't realize you were going to set me up with all kinds of people to call me and bug me and not give me help
Don't like being called right away or over and over
Everything went fast and easy. I've been talking with them for some time I'm very pleased
This ridiculous tactic of offering to give a rate or quote but then selling my info to dozens of lenders is crooked and wrong. I don't have time to jump through hoops just to get a number... is preposterous, predatory, and deceptive. I
Thank God for blessings and sharing with our country.
A family man trying to make it better for him self
I'm not well at the moment so please wait at least a week before responding as I will not answer the phone. Thank you
Good job well we'll see how good it is. They can get me a lower rate. Yeah we'll see.
All I wanted was to know the current interest rates but your website made me jump through a bunch of personal information giving hoops and then it still didn't show me the rates, only a bunch of companies I could call to ask. I could have done that myself if I had wanted to! Now I'm probably going to get hounded forever by unwelcome offers because of your subterfuge.
My phone was inundated with calls before the website even revealed possible lenders. I understand it's a competitive industry and a warm lead can be valuable, but let me finish with the website before the flood gates open and annoy me to the point of not answering anyone's calls for a couple days. I was interested in learning more about my options, but that may have changed.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
