You tease on google search with a 5.12 refinance rate. Then put user through a bunch of steps promising to show rates. Rates are NEVER shown, just a bunch of lenders I could find on my own. And now they'll hound me. All I wanted was a rate and offer. I don't want to call all these lenders. Either be what you say or don't even try.
