The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Asking for to much information, before getting where we are supposed to free information.
We give all this information to you to see mortgage rates on your site and the next screen says you will see your rates and nothing.
Except that you just send us to lenders where we have to enter all the same info again and wait for them to send us rates. What is it that you guys do?
Not bad very helpful. A.friend told me all about them.
Have not spoken with representative yet, I see what you have to offer
It's been ok but I don't want anyone calling me early in morning. I don't get up till 10 AM
Waste of time, no real time data provided. Misleading marketing, dishonest.
I was not filling out a lot of questions and I was directed to somebody right away now if I just get to loan and be fantastic
I thought I was going to get an estimate for loan and a list of possible lenders. And not be on a wait list and someone will call me from an unknown number.
I don't answer unknown numbers due to spam and possible hackers
In the process of entering and receiving feedback on this proposition
Form appears simple - easy to understand. Well Done!
This was not a quick and easy process… I gave all my info and instead of giving me the interest rate options "a representative will call". That's NOT what I wanted
Don't you dare tell me to get ready to answer my phone—reporting you—lose my info

Just want to window shop and see what's out there, don't want harassing calls texts etc
It advertises rates straight away, it does not give them just another scam to get my details
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
