The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's a simple form to fill out - but I don't want a bunch of people contacting me, with high rates. I've had a lot of health issues, and was defrauded of my 401k in a nationwide scam, and the SEC is working on Civil suits and the FBI is investigating and will follow SEC with Criminal prosecutions. So, I lost my job in 2016, and gave up. Everything else has happened since. I want to pay off my mortgage w Rocket Mortgage, I no longer have a car and need one, and my only asset left is my house and some 401 k, and mineral rights - but, I would like to know when filling out the form, when my credit has gone from mid 800's to below 600, if this is even a viable option, before receiving a bunch of sales calls.
You say that you are a different company, with different terms, but immediately send you to another lender. Bank or not, deceiving
I received a message on my phone so I thought I would look into it and fill out the information that they were asking for as soon as I got done I received a phone call during the phone call I told the lady that I just wanted to see what how much I would get back and what the interest rates would be and I got hung up on so I didn't have a very good experience
I would like to see what information you have for me, not hear about it, thank you.
Give me the information, you promised; a list of lenders and their interest rates for the specific loan style that I'm looking for, - include their contact information and let me make the decision of who I talk to
Number one I haven't been able to feel awful about my credit status. Secondly, I feel like I have a chance to consolidate a few bills and bring my credit score to a better place.
I need to get out of debt. That's what I need... period
I didn't get any of the answers that I was expecting to receive
I am working today I will not be available till after 7:00 p.m. for the rest of the week I'm off on the weekends

Not enough experience as of yet to make a qualified statement.
This is not fair. I don't want you to sell my information
I Had No Idea Of This, A Friend Told Me I Should Check Into This To Do The Repairs That's Needed On Our Home...Thank You!
I feel that the communication is very vague, so much so that it's made me question the validity, of the entire
Program!
Iwas approached about finding out how much cash out refinance I would qualify for but I was swapped to something different. AN INDICATION OF HOW YOU DO ALL YOUR BUSINESS!
Very good, except there. Isn't a spot for zero debt.
I didn't want to talk to anyone without seeing my options.
To regain on my goals thank you for your for your feedback
Looking for a lender that provides a reasonable(low) interest. Credit is no longer a factor since I will not be making the payments
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
