The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

My phone blew up immediately, I would rather see what I can do rather than have a stranger blow smoke up my butt so that they get commission and I'm stuck with a bs rate or another balloon mortgage.
Please don't offer me this service and then not follow through. I hate getting the runaround like this. My time is just as valuable as your time. Treat me as such.
I would greatly appreciate any or all help I may receive from you all!
Right now I feel great I'm moving in to my dream home with my 2 girls to be.
Love,
Crypto

Bait and switch? I expected to see lender matches bc you said as much. Complete to see your vendor matches. Didn't see one. I did however immediately receive phone call. Just what I needed, thanks

I want to see rates before my phone starts ringing off the hook.
Super quick questions. I like that it's mentioned our personal information is safe. Would have been better to be asked this question AFTER I see my results though.

You said I would have an answer. Then I'm left hanging. Last time I do this.
It is a good challenge to be this. Is it it be nice to relax from high mortgage payments
Went all the way thru jumped all of y'all's hoops in 2022 nov. And it was a 3.9 interest after I paid out of pocket for a appraisal. 3 weeks later ready to close o and by the way I was wanting to borrow 60.000 and my place appraised for 190.000 it was y'all's appraiser that I paid for. My rate went from 3.9 to like 8.6. When I asked she said government controls y'all's intest rate. Which is B's I should have been locked in. But o well.
Good site and it is very easy to navigate. I hope to get a good lender.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
