The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not sure. I hope I do not get tons of emails and calls with high interest rates. It said with low interest rates. I thought maybe it was a new option where you don't need to refi the entire house. I guess we'll see.
Thanks for your help I will be sure you have a way to make it work
I have been on here answering questions for ten minutes or more. Give me something that I can rate.

You say you will see rates but only if you give your phone number! I want to see them on my screen & not listen to a sales person,

You need to show rates at the end, don't trick people by showing lower interest rate to have people fill this $#*!
Seems that this is the best way to find if I qualify
My home has been completely paid for since 1996. But if I can get a reasonable low interest loan I would like to take it and make some upgrades.

I expected to see some real numbers, not lending companies.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
