Don't understand how this works-sounds like a middle man drumming up business for lenders

I am retired 37 year banking experience & local contacts.

Easy application and a positive experience so far.

It's OK. I really don't want to be inundated by sales calls. I just want to look at some options and toss around some ideas. When I get pissed at all the calls and emails, I'll get turned off to the whole process and walk away. That's not beneficial for anyone.

Frustrating, went through all the questions and at the end refused to even look at potential houses/condos... Have perfect saving, a low house payment and a lot of equity. Was looking for a second property without a higher price cap. This is a loss for all real-estate sellers, no need for one now after this waste of time.

So far I've had no experience to boast or complain about to early in process to determine a view for the site

The online message implies I will know how much $$ I am eligible for but all it does is put my name out to a bunch of companies who are going to bug me with phone calls and texts.

So far easy but I don't have all the information you'll need for re-financing consideration.

Was expecting to get a rough quote online not a referral

I find it truly amazing that lenders call even before I leave your site. They must be actively watching the internet, like the vouchers they are. Really unprofessional!

It doesn't state how much it's a scam to put my phone number out there for 100 places to call me

I I could of called them on my own. Don't want to talk to a salesperson.

Done nothing so far just enter a lot of information

I need information online not personal attention by phone. I need to look at the information before being contacted by an agent.

So far my experience was extremely positive right up to a moment ago.

The companies often additional information even after getting all the information they initially requested.

This seemed quick and efficient. It remains to be seen if the privacy promises made in this quick application process are honored.
