The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The actual work to get the lenders was straight to the point but the survey itself was a bit to quick to launch, before I could view the lenders this survey popped up and blocked my view.

No fault of the company guide lines i didn't meet their requirements and was turned down. But the phone Rep. I spoke with took the time to explain why in detail why and gave me good advice how i could achieve my goals. You won't find any other company that cares like that. Thank-You
You said rates were 5.49% and to fill out my details. Now I do and there is no such rate. You've instead matched me with some random lender who isn't even indicating the rate and I need to call them instead. And only that one. What a waste of time.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
