Experienced a loss of income just prior to COVID 19 and lender just foreclosed 4 months ago. I could have refinanced but they refused. They knew this was coming and chose to do so anyway.

Been pretty easy to submit a request but I'd rather be able to talk with a person who I can explain in detail about my situation and then have them send my application to other places or lenders

Before I even viewed any lenders, I had 4 calls come in simultaneously. I know you have to generate leads and these people pay for our information, but my phone is blowing up before I can even look at any results.
