The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Have not seen any lender's yet but the process was easy
Didn't get a value as indicated, just gave information so we would be hounded by phone calls
You didn't even give me adequate time to complete the survey before someone called. No longer interested in this offer.
You indicate you have an immediate answer and you don't.
Actually,I would rate all lenders a 4 star rating,as these times are turbulent like the times for lenders in the 2008-10 crisis.
They should stop your inquiry if a major issue is found because now you use my phone and address to bother me
Easy secure, right approach to Your Customers (awesome approach)!
Good I guess I've not talked to anybody yet we will go from there
They needed to count all the variables, home and investments, first time homebuyer, and inheritance property.
I want results online I do not want to speak to anyone
I don't want to have to talk to someone to get an estimate
Your site said get a quote, didn't say anything about a lender contacting me
They advertise that they can get anyone approved with great rates. I wasn't approved at no surprise to me. My whole issue is why advertise that everyone's situation will apply if you can't even explain why people who weren't approved weren't approved. For me it just said no lenders were matched with you at this time. And then a link to get my 3 credit scores.
It's hard to get ahead only use them one time but it was a very good experience.

Everything was good until no response but a lender will call. Yhis was the 1st mistake.
It's 11:29 pm.
Nothing but you'll get a call. So much for telling us anything..
1st time asking to refinance due to needing kitchen and bathroom plumbing broken water lines and equiptment needs rebuilt. And learning pipes. Repairs unexpected. Issues just broke down and leaking all over floors and appliances broken. Just in about 1 month. Also air conditioner heat pump needs replaced or repaired.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
