The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far it's a great app, I like how user friendly it is navigating you through every step of the way.
You scammed me, you didnt give me rates you sent my number to a bunch of overseas call centers that have automate diialers calling me now. I will make it a point not to use any of your companies that support these tricks for who knows what other promises will be made and changed
I expected you would give me an APR rather than just referring me to a lender who then asks the same questions all over again. What a SCAM!
I'm sick of this not respecting my privacy by not using email! Instead I get to many calls from lenders I don't want to speak to! High pressure!
Can't give any more higher mark until I actually see some results. All I did was fill out my name and some information so I can't give you any higher marks.

I was expecting to have "numbers" as a response and not a list of phone numbers to call or have "pesky loan officers" bug me for the next 2 weeks. I'm absolutely disappointed in your service and I "don't" want to hear from you again!
You are $#*!ing $#*!s the whole thing is a scam
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
