The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The process feels like a bait and switch. Asking me for information promising to deliver it. And at no point, actually giving anything close to an estimation of a rate
Easy high value not to hard to apply. Just curious about what I could get
Don't like receiving phone calls. Should do this by email
Your calculator doesn't calculate, it sets you up for soliciting by lenders and I have ZERO interest in being solicited for the next year+ just to inquire on refinance rates / options.
Good evening I need help because I'm on disability and homeless
Very easy stress free process. No problem s or delays at all. Great experience..
Very quick straight forward and easy. I appreciate that.
The site has been effortless to use. Explanations are easy ro understand. No problems at all.
Will not give information without calling first. Interested in offers before start phone calls.
I was told ai would not be contacted that my info was for verification purposes. I was literally called before the page finished processing. Lies.
I would have liked more information on line. I liked the check the box method for quick completion.
I don't want lenders calling me, I have no mortgage, own my home, want to know how much I can borrow on my paid for property
So far so good. Now all I have to do is have to do is get you to give me a loan for new windows.
Questions were clearly and easy to answer. My only concern: there was no question about when we expect to do the major remodeling which would affect how soon we would want to refinance.
I want to see the rates each lender can give me and I do not want to give all of my information just to see an interest rate.
Your web page said you have lenders for fair credit, but you don't.
So far so good, will see if i get bomb barbed with phone calls, or if the lenders will take there turn.
...
All my info was collected but I was not provided a rate
I gave all my information only to be given a phone number to call. No information in return. THis is a scam.
It read that I could see how much my payments would be, I didn't want to apply for anything.
Pretty good I could really use some money right now to pay on my utility bills.God Bless you if you can help me!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
