Pleasant Texas I own the land but to get a deed I have to have a assessment done on family In-laws average they split up for family. I only paid 5000$ for an acre that's with 20,000 Help me please

I'm not sure what you mean by the experience. I mean it was cut and dry. Filled it out and now it's going to take me to different lenders that i thought you were the lender i did not know you found a lender. So that experience was kind of surprising but i found a lot of vendors don't tell you anything until after the questionnaire and or filling out all your info then you must do it again such as in this case. I'm not thrilled about that part. Lend go didn't say anything about being a middleman from the beginning which to put it frankly that's bull$#*! for the consumer such as me. Just like you can download an app its free right? Not the download is the app cost. What sucks is you don't know this until it's downloaded, and you register it with your name and everything else. Come to find out you don't get all the effects of the app until you give them your credit card. That what this site just did without any money though. I personally think it's a common scheme to get you to buy it but that's bull$#*! because i clicked it because it said free. So you get it right?
