Mostly a misrepresentation as advertisement states get a "free quote"when in actuality no free anything except a free frustrated waste of MY "free" time and release of my personal private info! Along with a "free" list of banks that I already knew were free much less wiling to give me a "free" list of local banks willing to let me complete a ginormous loan application only to be declined a loan at an interest rate that would make my efforts worthwhile and would payoff off my current mortgage that overall would've given me a new loan that would have a new payment several hundred dollars cheaper than my current loan payment! Not a bait and switch routine. Also, I would like to FINALLY see a ad for a second mortgage or refi mortgage that would really provide a new mortgage loan amount and new loan payment for comparison purposes from several local banks without first having to contact 5-10 institutions to provide them with the. Same current mortgage balance, name, address, and phone no.only to discover that there is no monthly savings much less approval for the loan amount I need. VERY FRUSTRATING!
