The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The amount of info so far needed was a bit too intrusive.
I don't want to take a survey. I want refinance information.

You promise options and request that I "check" only to be summarily rejected. Annoying.

Stop with the step by step and the onöy thing you want is my phone number so you can call me. I was looking for rates, bot talking to a person
Within seconds of completing questionnaire i started getting calls. Give me the numbers i need. Without that im just going to block the calls.
My phone started ringing before I was done, not appreciated. I prefer to read more information as I am hearing impaired.
Fraudulent advertising, trying to deceive customers into clicking on your website by using fraudulent phrases and tricks such as using a persons IP address to make them think it is something happening in their home town. Why would you idiots believe that someone would use a business that tries to deceive its customers?
Easy enough to go through the process, but no useful information is presented as far as refi rates or payments. All that's mentioned is "historically low" rates which is false (at least compared to the last 20 years).

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
