The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Lendgo website indicated it would provide me with online info about potential lenders. After I provided my phone number the site said it couldn't give me any matches and that lenders would call me.
It asked me to provide a rating immediately upon completing giving my personal information, but before getting any lender information. Makes me wonder if giving a bad rating will impact my ability to get lender information from them.
Forces you to provide phone number and accept autodialer calls and texts. Should be optional. Maybe I want everything to be communicated via email.
This experiece gave me some hope that I might get some help for myself to repair and/or replace some items in my home. I appreciate any help I may receive.
I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE PHONE CALLS.YOUR SITE DOES NOT SUGGEST THATI HAVE TO TALK TO SOMEONE BEFORE GETTING A QUOTE. PLEASE REMOVE ME. I WILL NOT MANSWER THE CALLS.
It was very helpful y very fair thanks you l used you guys for the futures y thanks again
It's been good, but I do not want to sell or loose my home..
Late in getting the information is not a positive thing
As soon as I put in my phone number, my phone is ringing off the hook. That is crazy…
Would prefer to see quotes prior to speaking with lenders
Hopefully I'll get the refinance I need to get back on my feet and to take care of my home
Was told to check my offers again that something had changed. I hope this is true.
Fell as though I opened pandora's box...we shall see.

This $#*! socks I just need to be loved and have money to survive life and keep everything I have worked all my life to get to be enough for someone good cause it seems I can't get that
Matched with a veterans service twice, not a veteran
So far, they didn't start calling and bothering us. I need them not call relentlessly because that's the number one way to lose customers.
Easy to complete and according to my research Lendgo is a highly accredited company with excellent ratings.
I want to know the current true value of my home not some over evaluates inflated bogus price or neither a under valued lowball price either…
My home
So far I haven't found out if I could get a loan on my home
I typed in my information to get information and offers, and all I received was something saying someone will contact you. I don't need 25 companies calling me. I want to see what they have to offer before wasting my time. All this did was waste my time and not give me what you said it would. So far, not happy.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
