The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

My husband was a veteran he is now deceased but I am receiving military benefits
Promised information I could use to make a decision based on my circumstances but instead set me to a call list.
It's too early in the process to discuss this experience.
The experience I've had with lenders so far has gone very not welcome.
I expected to see rates and not be inundated with marketing calls. Shame on you
I'm not sure if I'm to do this my husband took care of all the loans. So I do know he wants out but me to live my home I don't understand what's I'm signing up for.
Takes to long.you put in Right
Address and it keeps saying
Put in wright address
It's been good, but I only wanted to know how much I would get and not have my mortgage affected in any way. Thank you
So far is easy, but we are down to the nitty-gritty now.
Quick and easy, but now the fun part starts.
I get a lot of stalled programs, and most of the time by the time all the fees etc are added, it's not worth the hassle.
Easy to complete, no stalls, freezes or not accepting answers.
Easy and no problems, but then something butted in and the whole program stopped and wouldn't go on or get out of the way. I had to restart just to go on using my phone. I hate being trapped on a no go site that won't quit or or continue. And it happens over and over.
Same questions, same promises. I was frauded by Key Bank. They ruined my credit for delinquency of a loan I never signed or asked for and wasn't told about for a year. I was paying their first loan to me.
The experience was quick fast to the point no hesitations on the questions as they rolled over no glitches no problems thank you for the service
There is no explanation of how the heloc works or how the funds will be at current mortgage rate. Seems to be just an information gathering and selling info program
Not sure what it's doing haven't had any results yet
Best service that can be offered under the circumstances!
Don't want to be inundated w/ offers or have my info sold!
Very professional, very kind. It's my 6 experience, and we're just scared to me. They made it very smooth and took care of all my needs.
So far it's been straight to the point and simple, for me that's good.
Expecting a flood of calls which I don't want. Why can't I just get an email quote?
This is just another site where you will get spammed with phone calls and not truly accurate information immediately. Now these lenders will want you to feed them info again and then call you and call you till you respond. Totally misleading.
The answer is always the same as far as "can't show lenders until we know if you qualify" that is not a good way to get leads I don't think!
The minute I filled out your information. I started receiving numerous phone calls that I did not request. I suggest that you warn people before filling out and supplying information. I do not want to be contacted via phone.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
