The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not much info is giving before the calls start pouring in
I answered all the questions you asked me but at the same time you guys can't help me.
You say view offers but you are really just giving out my number
You said it's a quick loan but don't response quick
Leave a message so I can call at my own convenience.
I know that my credit is an issue, but still would like to purchase land that would allow me to build a small cabin over time while living in my 5th wheel. I need to look at getting a USDA loan, or an FHA in order to use a low down payment program. I am willing to do what ever is needed in order to get my credit repaired in order to better qualify for more loan options.
Great customer service. Mr. Matt he explained to me about what certain terminology was about equatity in property.
Too many calls, prefer email, didn't give me choice
My phone started ringing within 5 seconds. Back off!
You lied You said get lender quotes, then say they're not available but they will call you. Nice setup. Getting harassing phone calls for days! No thank you
You responded back fast and looking forward to get a loan
Multiple calls and texts even before completing the questionnaire! Brings out the anger in me!
5.99% advertised, but after entering all my information I only get suggested lenders. No indication of which will offer the 5.99, what it takes to qualify, etc.
I'm trying to fix my credit and lend go I hope will give me that chance.
It's just the beginning of the process but great so far
Why do you advertise this as you can check rates with no obligation and then collect information just to be sent to a lender.
No one wants to talk to a lender just show the rates.
"It only takes a few minutes, it's easy"
That's hogwash, false advertising and click bait.
Have not so good credit but have husband too use income maybe credit too.
I really can't say cause I don't really know anything
It hasn't took me but a couple of minutes instead of hours...
You did tell if I qualify. This is what said in your ad. You ask me to call some mortgage company
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
