The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You lied! At the very start you said nobody would be contacting me. What's the first thing I see when looking for my answer?
An Agent will be contacting me shortly. Well $#*!, they had better not do that. Is there anything about this reply that you don't understand?

I want to know up front, based on the information I've given, how much I qualify for. I don't want an agent to pester me.
This may be a con game. Rates are what they are. You probably have no special deals.
I did not ask to be called. I just want to know rates. I don't answer my phone when companies call me. I would rather do all transactional steps through email, chat or web
You shouldn't need my phone number to show me who can help me. I only want to communicate via email

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
