The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You said I can see how much I can get with the information that you received and I have to leave a # and I start to get phone calls like crazy from telemarketing company and you advertise that I can find out instantly which is not true!
Too soon to tell. Really do not like phone calls until we approve of the finance.
Didn't want a call right away just researching now
Very informative! Terry was very nice and answered all my questions
I should be able to receive information without being harassed by someone needing to call me.
There is zero information on this site. You shouldn't have to talk to someone without some info explaining this site
Didn't expect immediate phone calls. I was expecting more of a low pressure experience
I had trouble putting my address in. My address is 521 North Main Street, Chatham VA but the space kept defaulting to 521 Main Street. I had to double click on the address space with the correct address to make it work.
User friendly! Will find out how effective it is after talking to lenders.
It sounds good if it's true and I don't have a big payment cuz I'm on Social Security I heard it over my phone about lingo
Didn't get a direct answer to my question the last thing, a person who is seeking help what is a bunch of phone calls for a bunch of lenders and nobody's coming with real answers. Everybody wants to run your credit and tell you the same thing that further makes your credit even worse and they're not offering any help. They just wanna run your credit and tell you what we can't help you at this time so it was a Pointe dooing The's if you couldn't give me one lender that you could say that you have worked with hey this is Linda here can definitely help you know what you do is you sell my information to a bunch of lenders and they're all calling me bothering me while I'm trying to work or sleep because you're calling day in and day out What was the point of that?
In the process it was said I could see my rates by entering my phone number didn't say I would receive a call. Once entered then it said I would receive a call. Don't want no calls just old like to see my options. So this ad sucks hard.
I hate when it says you can get an answer and then it says someone will call
False advertising-no instant info.did not want a call.
My experience is a great start for a promising future, getting back on track to keep bills down
Didn't show me any rates, instead, I will be barrage with phone calls
It appears I have been set up to receive unwanted telemarketing calls, when what was implied was an online source of explained HELOC options that I could digest and follow up on my own timeline.
Software friendly—. No live communication yet. Good so Far
So far it's been easy. Now let's see if I get bombarded with calls.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
