The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Good intake process fast and pairs you with lenders quickly.
Simple
Would rather see info.
No phone calls though
Always have to wait on someone to call because of low credit score.
No offer was presented… just some contacts — I don't have time for that! Mostly will ignore the call; they cannot even reach me as I have setup my phone to not pick up anyone not in my contacts. Waste of my time
Hopefully my monthly payment will be just a little less than is now
Takes too long just give an answer if I wanted to talk to someone I would make a call. Go help the damn immigrants problem we seem to have here!
Appears to be typical mortgage broker false promises.
I've spoke to LoanDepot and they didn't have what I needed. Disappointed
Quick and easy enough, let's see if it was worth it.
They didn't do what they said they'd do. Match me with lenders
You didn't give me any rates or even a range of rates. I could have any or all of these without bothering you
Don't like people calling when I'm not ready to speak to them in detail

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
