The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I want basic information online. I haven't decided if this is good for me. Give me basics. What would my payment be if I took out *******.00 at 2.5 percent for life of original loan? If I like the answer I will call or text you. I have excellent credit. No late payments. I am 77 yrs young.
Don't like talking to computer prefer a person on the phone.
My phone rang before I had even closed the tab on my browser and - surprise - it was a telemarketer. I've received multiple emails, texts, and phone calls within 30 seconds of completing the form. HOW OBNOXIOUS CAN YOU GET?
Good get back to me shortly so that it's a good thing so places come get back to you right away
You said you'd show me rates, then did NOT after I filled out your survey. That's dirty & dishonest!
So far so good. Use email for initial contact. Thank you
Site is misleading and basically a lead generator. What a hoax!
Haven't talked to a lender yet but so far so good!
None of these lenders offer the services you advertise. All of them want to refinance my loan and give me a higher rate.
Have not received any response regarding my request to be considered for a loan
I don't have much knowledge yet but I'm willing to check to see the rates
I was just wondering if I could get Hello my house and how long would I have to pay it back? Thank you
Well, everything was fine going through answering questions but I don't like the fact that I'm going to have a ton of people calling me because I don't answer my phone unless somebody leaves me a message and it's someone I'm wanting to talk to so everyone has to leave a voicemail or I don't And won't be talking to them Because I would rather have a phone number and call and talk to somebody about it instead of having to answer numbers I don't know because most people do not leave voicemails. If they want to talk to me they will have to leave.
Access to complete on line form was simple and easy
It was good have any problems whatsoever moves right through it application
Not sure haven't talked to anybody yet
I prefer talking by text don't want my phone ringing all the time and also don't want to end up in a loan I'll regret.
It's just taking me every where but not saying anything about the amount I'd get. Give me the money I need!
I'd feel more inclined to approach had i received more info over immediste phone contacting did t
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
