The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I been looking for help to fix my house for awhile
I would like to see what I find out before giving any more time. Thanks
I'm not sure because I have recently been denied an equity loan due to my credit score. I've never been late on a mortgage payment and it's supposed to be my home and all I want to do is invest in my home and can't right now so my trust in the whole process right now is flawed
W hy did you say a quick check to see if I qualify and now a bunch of vultures are going to contact me. You lied!
Just another button switch it's off putting. If you say click here to see if you qualify and then you don't actually get any information. But a 1000 phone calls AB. Yes.
Good, I need to get credit card debt paid off,and make a few home repairs
Just wanna see what it's about and that it's legit
I was surprised by the inquiry and would like to discuss the topic with a mortgage company official.
Bull$#*!, stated I can see what I qualify for only to let me know an agent would call
I will not answer your phony crap
People don't want phone calls we just want a ballpark figure. You should advise people that you can't get an answer thru the site just 100's of phone calls that drive you nuts!
I hate that my phone number is now out there & would've preferred being contacted through email.
I don't appreciate being corralled into a ton of phone calls.
Don't want phone calls, would like information online then I can choose from a list of lenders
It is easy to navigate your application and your questions are short and to the point.
Great, everything as fair and fast
Phone rang crazy immediately and I do not wish to have phone calls
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
