The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I do not have time to be on phone all day. You have my info, use that or forget it. I'm not desperate.
False advertisement. You make it seem like I'll get some info but you basically just send it to other people...
Instructions well written and easy to understand..
You're supposed to give me a rate not have people call me I don't want people calling me
Lies never match me up I donot want harassing phone calls I would like to make a decision without all these crazy calls
Thank you very much I appreciate this. Hopefully I can get a loan to buy a house somewhere here in Texas and again thanks.

Please Do not call me Please use my email. Thank you in advance.
The website if this tool is cool in terms of collecting the input information but similar to many other lending tools does not provide any output. Instead pushes my information to various lenders, which in our days are so "hungry" for business that would call numerous times per DAY - very annoying.
Have not completed information request as of yet but so, everything was quick.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
