I would like to see offers before my information gets spewed out to 30 different lenders to all blow my phone and email up with 80 calls and emails a day. Limiting the amount of times the credit gets pulled to weed out the wicked high people and not waste everyone's time.

Olive in a mobile home they won't lend me any money because it's not on a permanent foundation

I have a big double wide mobil home that i have the clear titles for.i need ten thousand to change the plumbing as that is a new requirement for the park. Bad part is its a gated commuity,but we pay taxes and have to pay to water our plants,but do not own the land.
