The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Normal procedure. Neither better nor worse than others.
I just wish I didn't have to give phone number and be hassled by other companies
Waiting to hear from a human. Hoping to find a lower interest rate.
The only thing I've received so far is a notice saying that And Agent will contact me shortly I'm not interested in a bunch of phone calls I'm interested in seeing quotes that's what you advertised
Not bad, but requires too much personal info for a first contact... and there seems to be no option to opt out.
Easy questions to answer and good information about loan options
I have not been through the process, so I can only give a three at this point.
Not really an experience. All that was done was put in info.
Waste of time to not even get a list and now you have all my info to spam me.
Provide and send info.,, no need for a bunch of phone calls.
I haven't talked to anyone, but too much personal information has been ask and you want all my information.
Great information as I am interested in doing some updates on my home
Hopefully a solution to what I am trying to acheiv
Own several properties no mortgages on any property
This did not give me what it was supposed to give just a message now that I'll be called…
Easy to use. But would prefer offers on line instead of calls. Too many spam calls that I never answer.
The only problem I can even say anything about is lumping bad and fair credit together. Otherwise, the process was great
Answered my questions on home equity loans. Thank you.
You are misleading. Your ad said keep your current rate. This is a scam to just have lenders call and try to get you to take a mortgage out with them
About like any other when answering these type of questions.
Didn't expect a phone call, just wanted to get rate
I'm not gonna get to excited about it because I'm on my own and it is very much easier if you don't get your hopes up too high.
I am going to get
a few days vacation before I have to do the renovations.
I think I will never get a chance to get a loan. Roadblocks at every turn.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
