The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far it's been really simple to apply, but I don't know if i'm going to get a good rate on a lone or not..
The minute I hit submit, I received 2 calls and a text. I haven't even seen any options for loans yet.
Your website keeps dropping. It's hard to enter the information as it takes about 30 mins to enter my name and address
If ya'll gonna find us lenders and match us,then ya'll need to show us who they are and have some kind of transparency!
Easy navigation, easy to understand, easy to fill out!
This probably won't work for me but we'll see what happens
Just curious. But got a spam call before I finished the inquiry. Not cool.
Why do you advertise rates when are not the lender?
Always see the adverts that say will help no matter the credit rating. Then no one helps. Even though you have the current rating because something - health crisis is the reason. Wish what we read was actually true.
You didn't tell me lenders would be calling me until I left info. Then when your didn't like my answers to your questions you tell me no one will be contacting me and there are no offers for me. Why don't you just say if your credit I if bad don't bother? Because you want you sell my info? You for not have my permission to sell my info.
Your ad is just typical, looks like all you're interested in is personal information. I believe that after I hear from some lender you will then sell my contract info to all who are willing to pay for it. I'll watch my inbox and if I don't receive the spam I'm expecting I will certainly up my rating.
I'd rather get general information at first and then make the decision on contacting the lending companies. Having lenders call repeatedly when I am working is not only annoying, it's a huge distraction.
Very straight forward and completely appropriate responses to my property.
None because I don't have any experience with you guys yet
Will be perfect if it actually works out good on my part
I don't like being called I would rather see my options first then call them with options.
Not yet, will have a better opinion after a complete experience
Need money for some upgrades to the house! I also have 6/1/2 ackers that is right next to my 12/1/2: Ackers in Ritchie county
It's pretty quick getting thru all the questions. Would be nice if we could get the info +we have the opportunity to call the lenders.
Fast service to match you with lenders based on your financial needs.
All I did so far is fill out my info,I"ll get back to ya.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
