The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It appears to be easy, but I'm waiting for a response.
Hate giving out my phone number wish it would just be email
I'm not sure about some of the questions I answered as best that I could.

Quick response and looking forward to the complete process before providing clear satisfaction rate.
This type of page is useless for someone seeking information. I shouldn't have to put my telephone number in to see rates or just get general information. Now I will be fighting through dozens of unsolicited phone calls just to get some information
I give you my info and you sell it and I got nothing in return from you. I could have waited my time reaching out to these people without you.
Great experience with filling out the questionnaire
Didn't even get finished and the phone started ringing

My Home is paid for want build a pole building to work on automobiles.
That is just what I wanted, without the phone calls
I hope this was not a lead just for a mortgage because you made it sound like something different
Loan Depot was ringing my number before my screen could even update. I have a smart call blocker on the line that trapped the call because there was not a real person that could give a proper response to get through the filter. Before I could even finish giving my opinion here there were three more robocalls, one from an "unknown number", one from Reliance First Capital and a third from another "unknown Name". My phone is blowing up and I have already received four emails soliciting my business. I am now regretting giving out my phone number and my email address. Fortunately the smart call blocker will shut down the robocalls and I can dump the emails to spam. Needless to say I will not be doing business with anyone that contacts me through a system where I was just looking for a little information.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
