The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You gave me nothing other than an annoying phone call. Was I approved or not? With who? Simple questions that I now have to endure a chat instead of here is your rate and contact us if you are interested in pursuing further.
Awesome just wanted to see if it was a joke.but if it's not wow
And I can really use it.
This experience has been wonderful so far, very easy to follow instructions. I am so far very pleased.
Do not to be asked to change my insurance I
Will not change.
Doesn't show offers without having to be blown up with calls
Don't say you are going to provide something then tell me to wait for a call
Don't fall for the "calculate your loan payment" option. All it does is make you enter you name adress and phone number so someone can contact you.
Would like to see offers versus speaking to a bunch of agents that I don't have time to talk with.
Nothing has happened so far, let's see what happens then I can give you a better answer
I'm waiting to see what happens and then I can give an unbiased assessment
It's okay worth looking into to what it's all about
It was good except my phone rang before I was even finished with the basic information.
I am only inquiring at this time. I have not made any commitments
Do you deal with equity loans from reverse mortgages?
I'm skeptical, because I wasn't finished with the app, when I started receiving calls. Wreaks of robo-calls!
Experience good. Was hoping no calls…getting them now. Was hoping for on line info. Thanks
Appreciate the help. Just checking to see how it works and if this would be helpful to me?
Did ask for someone to call me. Wanted to see what I qualified for BEFORE wasting my time and yours on the phone.
I have immediately been inundated with calls, texts and emails. The annoyance outweighs the benefits of looking into the best way to borrow against the equity in my home to buy a new vehicle
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
