The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Wow please don't harass me over this unless it's a sure thing
Just sell your number off to a bunch of lenders just wanting to refi at higher rate what a waste of time
If I could have given you a no star rating I would. I am seeking info on how I can take out Equity in my house without changing my interest rate and based on articles I am reading about how this is being offered to seniors in a gov supported program. But the banks and you I suppose are treating it like a normal day at work and no even willing to give me info. This stinks because you are only interested in making g money and not in helping someone like myself who is suffering due to the death of his husband who died of cancer, a car accident that left him in debt, my own illness that has disabled me. However. I have a lot of Equity in my house but thanks to you I am unable to access it. You are lower than the low and I put a curse on your house..
Nothing innovative….same process, someone will call you back…..
I want to see my results online not have people call me. Anyone who calls me will not be used
I expected to find out something on your website, not get bombarded with calls before I've even finished my feedback.
Just being inquisitive. So far sending you in the right direction
Well so far so good but I can't really comment on it till I get some more results
Easy process not too hard or long and very straightforward and fast.
Love it. Very simple to use and it's nice there are options to different lenders to help you
I love his face of a response I was given.
The amount of time I had to use was mostly impressive
So far it's just very simple quick easy and I haven't gotten any further. Give you a good rating so far so good thank you..
So far, I have gotten a list of lenders and their phone numbers.
No decision have to jump thru hoops to get anywhere
Just getting started, so not a lot of feedback yet, so far easy applications process
I'd rather offers be sent to me than people call- or let me apply o line
Matching with lenders part is good however, despite taking all information, we don't provide any approximate ongoing rate guidance to customers. This can be improved.
Trying to understand how I would qualify for a loan.
Immediately Sunday night call not good … intrusive
I believe the calculation of remaining interest is not correct.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
