Very helpful and very efficient customer service. Kudos to LegalZoom for having such a excellent representative... my only regret is that I was too busy doing other things (that's how good they are, they understood what I wanted without any extra effort on my part) while she was assisting me and did not take down her name.
All I wanted was a very simple will. It was simple to set up, and I received it quickly. But I had some questions. I could not reach customer service by phone, nor did they return any of my 3 emails. $250 wasted. I needed to go to an attorney due to this horrible company.
I wish there was a an option for no stars. Better, I wish there was a way to get a refund.

The process on webpages is easy to follow. For each item, there is a help with examples. It was very helpful. When I had a problem, LegalZoom immediately sent me email to fix the problem.

My experience was horrible and it never really even got started! As a new business owner, I wanted to form an LLC and TRIED to call this company on 3 separate occasion to get some of my questions answered and each time, I was on hold for over 50 minutes... 50 minutes! A potential new customer and I'm on hold for 50 minutes three times! There wasn't even a message as I was holding, thanking me for my patience and that my call would be responded to shortly. Just awful hold music, that was it!
I gave up and went to another company and the experiences was as different as night and day. My call was answered within 3 minutes and my rep was extremely helpful and even called me back with information that she needed to find an answer to. My LLC has been formed and I'm already conducting business.

Wanted to get an LLC for a new company I'm starting so I went with LegalZoom for the first time. EVERYTHING was done over the internet and cell phone to complete this task. It took a bit of time because crazy me started paper work Nov-Dec when so much is going on with the Holidays, but am glad to announce: I got my completed product today with a UPS delivery! Great job LegalZoom... thank you for your help and follow-up phone calls, you all are the BEST! As I said previously noted, Your team are ROCK STARS! Thank you for excellent work and task complete.

Started an LLC and realized I should have shopped around a little better. They charge you for useless services and make it nearly impossible to cancel. Numerous calls for 3 months to cancel a $7.99 service. Use anybody but legalzoom

Yvette went above and beyond to get my problem resolved! She provided me with contact information after she went out of her way to try to fix my problem myself, but couldn't. She set up a call back from the appropriate department after I had been disconnected a couple times and when she found out it would take a while for me to receive a resolution callback, she found out how to take care of the issue herself and called me back. She is a phenomenal representative- a great asset to your company. Any bonuses, rewards, VTO, PTO, WHATEVER... she deserves it. I wish I had her personal extension for anything that comes up in the future. I had a great time chatting with her as she worked rigorously to help me. Thank you for having her work with your company.

NEVER use legal zoom, they are a bunch of scammers. Without my consent, they signed me up for a recurring charge of $15/month and a recurring charge of $320/year, and you can't cancel the order on their website, you need to call them on their customer support and sit and wait for an hour, which will cost me a fortune because I don't live in the US. Feels like I've been $#*!ing robbed, I never wright reviews but legal zoom is so $#*!ing bad that I had to.

I bought a couple documents from Legal Zoom. And without my consent, they signed me up for a recurring charge of $15/month. They didn't have a button on their website to cancel it, requiring I call in speak to 3 people and wait on hold for a half hour. Feels like a pretty straightforward scam to get unnoticed charges through and with an intentionally annoying cancel process. Hard to trust a dirtbag company like this with any important legal document.
