I called in a panic (bet that's not the first time you've heard that) and by chance got Jordan on the phone... he was calming, educated and patient to try to educate me (this legal stuff is hard to understand) and he was enormously helpful and even caring to make sure I got what I needed.
I even have a follow up call today with him for more legal issues I am responsible for and he is going to help me understand and get through them with ease.
HE was amazing.
What I can use... is from the company itself... more and more of a discount with the services. Because this is the business I am in understanding the costs while trying to start a company is a huge financial drain. Though there were incentives Jordan was able to identify, I wish legal zoom could be a little more helpful with costs for small (and I mean really small starting out) companies.
Some discounts are not easy to find though there are partnerships so if you feel like giving him a gold star and me some extra discount it would be a dream come true.

I'm extremely pleased with my LegalZoom experience. My husband and I drafted our wills and recently had to amend them to make a few changes and from start to finish I couldn't be happier! The gentlemen I spoke with because of a discrepancy couldn't have been more helpful and courteous, not to mention that my mistake was caught and amended. All they want is your money with nothing to give in return. How can a company that is involved with legal consultation, do illegal business conduct?! They promise you something, give you misleading information, and NEVER take accountability of their mistakes. They canceled one of my services without asking OR REFUNDING ME and got me in trouble. They promised me services and then changed the details after they go my money.

I needed too do a will for my son who is special needs. Carrie the specialist online from legal zoom was so helpful and so friendly. She was so understanding to my needs. She explained every question too me in elementary terms so I could make sure I got what I needed written down right. I feel so good knowing my son will be with the right people if I should go first. Carrie deserves a gold star for sure. I will call on her for help in the near future. Legal zoom is an awesome real will making sight.

Had a great experience, very user friendly simple and straight to the point. I wold refer anyone to legal zoom to setup there business especially if they have an idea of what they want to do but no Idea how to do it. I wanted to start an entertainment business and I was unsure about paper work taxes etc. And Legalzoom made it simple and understandable for a great price.

I am not having a very good experience with Legalzoom. They frequently do not follow through, emails are not returned and it is taking over two months just to finalize one LLC. The tax consultant was not very well informed and actually told me that I would not need to give vendors 1099-misc., when in fact I did have to do so. I made the mistake of ordering two LLC's in November 2015 and it is now the last half of February 2016 and neither are complete. I will have to call them once again tomorrow.

I am so upset right now, at the end of everything on my receipt it stated I would get charged in monthly installments. I had no idea that there were extra annual fees costing me well over $600 and that this would be charged automatically to my card within the first month of purchasing my LLC. I am devastated because it is not something I budgeted for. I am a brand new business trying to do what's right and I feel so taken advantage of. Not to mention I waited for customer care for over an hour and half.

I was deceived from the first conversation I had with the telephone representative.
All they care about is getting you to buy every add on package and getting your cash in hand.
The operator downright lied to me, I had multiple issues with my order.
The expedited service they offer was not what was promised, They basically fill out the application online, same as anyone else can do for free. I was told that they would hand carry the documents for 48hr service.
I was also promised that I would not have to list my personal address if I paid extra any applied with Legal Zoom as a registered agent. To my surprise they listed all my personal information in the incorporation papers. Only then did they realize that the state I incorporated in needs a physical address for the company. If I would have been told that I would not have used the registered agent service and I would have filed the paperwork under a paid mail service. But now its too late.
When I referred to a Tier 2 VIP customer service rep named William, he was downright arrogant and evasive. I don't know how they hire people who don't know how to talk to customers and tell them that they should fix the errors that legal zoom caused.
The follow up with customer service was promised in 5 business days, it took almost three weeks. I was told SORRY we can't except any blame for this issues.
You can do a lot better for the money, I feel as if i was swindled by a con artist.
