This was so easy to use when filling out the information. The free trial was also easy to cancel, if your just needing something one time. I did get the information done that I needed to but on your form for a Quitclaim Deed, I was a little confused as to why a "Grantee" was even part of the form to be notarized? I've just never seen this before when processing a quitclaim deed in the past. Other than that, it was pretty good to use. I'm also wondering why it says "Free" when at the end of the process, you still have to give a credit card number? I wasn't too comfortable with that part of it. I figured if it was really free to download, why would you need that information until maybe the day before the 7 day trial ends? Just saying.

Was very impressed with the high grade level of professional forms and how extremely user friendly. My only reason for canceling has nothing to do with quality or dissatisfied. Our only income is my SSDI, on 12/22/22 I went in for a Minimally Invasive SI fusion, woke up unable to walk, surgeon got away with shattering my pelvis, hiding fact I coded on table and he admitted to severely harming me, committing malpractice, laughed too. He got away with it, I had ro endure 3 more surgeries including 7 hr long pelvic reconstruction surgery. Still working to walk again. My husband has been unable to work since that day of surgery, had to become my full-time caregiver.So, we are severely struggling financially and can't afford another expense, but desperately needed help with this form. App not entirely intuitive and somewhat buggy and confusing regarding completion and SENDING of document. After original notice of completion, subsequent email notices from LT that doc has been COMPLETED by all signers takes user to a document that has been stripped of signatures and demands a second subscription charge or one-time charge of $55. Enormously misleading. If LT could get this resolved, you might have a niftier product for sale.

I signed up for this service to create and print out a payment contract. The template builder was helpful, but resulted in serious errors in the final contact that could not be corrected using the template editor. Despite multiple attempts to correct the issues in the final document the final financial totals were entirely inaccurate. This service would have been very useful if the site could actually calculate the correct math for the contracts.

The templates are quite basic. After comparing them to similar documents generated by AI tools like Gemini and Copilot, I found that LegalTemplates.net doesn't justify its subscription cost, especially when more advanced drafting features are available elsewhere.

But after I plugged in all the information and went to execute and use the document, it all became quite confusing and a catastrophe. I really wouldn't recommend anyone using this if they aren't familiar with technology or how Microsoft works. I quickly came to find a way to cancel my subscription.
