I used the legal transcript service and was please with the results. Furthermore, I had forgotten to unsubscribe from their service once I was finished using it. So I contacted them via email to request a refund on the charges I had received in the time I was no longer using their service. The response was prompt and polite. Though I have yet to receive my refund, my request is being processed and it looks as though I may get a full refund. Overall I am pleased with the service and feel valued as a customer.
I signed up for a trial, but quickly realized that the templates wasn't well adapted for the Scandinavian market, so I tried to cancel the trial to avoid entering a subscription period with the monthly fee. My cancellation didn't get registred and a few days ago I realised that a fee had been deducted from my credit card. Frustrated and annoyed I contacted LegalTemplates with a growing fear of them being an unserious business.
I was wrong. A few hours laters, Lisa from customer service contacted me and appologized and promised me a refund, so now all is good.
I hope they sort out these issues soon as the quality of their legal services seemed to be very good.

I used the service to create a contract for creative license and the site is easy to use and my interaction with the, Cris on the customer service staff was nothing but positive.
They did a good job of turning a bad experience into a good one and they refunded my money. I applaud them for that.
I was mistaken on the length of my free trial and called right away... not only was Chris polite and helpful but offered me a refund right away! While we dont use legal documents enough for a monthly service you can bet I will be using them again for individual legal document needs as they arise. Thank you!
