I have nothing negative to say about the representative. I was given a way to address my issue and I am waiting to see if the measures taken will be effective.
The only reason I didn't grade a 5 is because the intake person first told me it couldn't be done of the change I wanted to make. The attorney of course said it could be done.

I was waiting for the revised Will. It appears the revised Will was sent the day after I requested revieions, however it did not come until today, 3 weeks later. I read it over and I am satisfied with the revision, and will now get it notarized.

Parker Stanbury LLP — Attorney Referral Experience
Review:
My experience with Parker Stanbury's attorney referral service has been deeply disappointing and far below the standard expected from a firm that charges a monthly fee to provide meaningful legal access.
Despite having a legitimate and well-documented federal ADA/Section 504 case, the referrals provided to me were consistently ineffective. Several of the firms Parker Stanbury referred me to never responded at all—not to me, and in one instance, not even to Parker Stanbury themselves when the firm followed up to confirm whether they were still interested. That alone is unprofessional and reflects a lack of proper screening.
In addition, one paralegal—Mr. Starr—was openly rude, dismissive, and misleading. Later, I saw numerous negative public reviews about him and realized my experience was not unique. It raises serious concerns about the quality control of the attorneys and staff included in Parker Stanbury's referral network.
I expected Parker Stanbury to connect me with firms that:
actually want to speak to the clients they agree to receive,
have the capacity and willingness to evaluate complex cases,
understand ADA Title II, Title III, and Section 504, and
follow through after accepting a referral.
Instead, I received referrals to attorneys who had excuses ("too much work," "no bandwidth," "not the right fit") after they had already told Parker Stanbury they were willing to take my case information. If a firm accepts a referral, they should be prepared to follow through—otherwise, why accept it at all?
This pattern places paying clients at a huge disadvantage. We rely on these referrals because we are told the attorneys are vetted and reliable. When multiple referrals fail, ignore communications, or behave unprofessionally, it reflects poorly not only on those firms but on Parker Stanbury's screening standards. Clients should not have to chase down attorneys or repeatedly explain their case to firms that never intended to be helpful in the first place.
For someone with a valid, serious federal case involving ADA discrimination, retaliation, and systemic misconduct by a university, Parker Stanbury's inability to locate even one engaged, knowledgeable ADA attorney is unacceptable. This is exactly why I feel AI should eventually handle more of the legal triage and analytical work—because the human side too often breaks down due to inconsistency, lack of follow-through, and poor quality control.
Parker Stanbury needs to significantly improve its referral network, vet the firms on its list more rigorously, and ensure that when attorneys accept referrals, they are actually prepared to speak to the client. Otherwise, the service fails both the client and the firm's own reputation.

I have had two occasions where, when needed, Legal Shield has been willing to write letters supporting me. I have called around 8-9 times for various issues/things unrelated to those two episodes. They have taken my requests seriously, professionally, and at 29.99 a mo to cover my whole family that's a deal.

I am happy that I'm a member of Legal Shield. I called for assistance with solving a discrepancy with my son's birth certificate. I was originally told that because I was a member, I would receive the discounted rate, which would put the cost at around $450 to solve the problem. She called me back and advised me that I could handle this myself if I was willing to do a little paperwork.
