with Legal Shield. Attorney Phillips was very knowledgeable, professional, and very much concerned about my situation. She gave me great advice and different options as to how I could handle my situation. I truly appreciate her and highly recommend Attorney Phillips to anyone who needs a great lawyer.
An ambulance company wanted to charge me (and my wife) a medical fee in excess of that allowed by New Jersey car insurance laws and threatened to notify collections agencies. Legal Shield sent a letter to the ambulance company on my behalf notifying them to obey NJ car insurance laws and not to submit any false claims to collection agencies. If they did not comply, Legal Shield would represent me in legal proceedings if I requested. Legal Shield said in the cover letter to me that they would charge me a discounted rate.

It's a nice service. It's convenient. Price is pretty good as well. I just wish I could stick with one or maybe two lawyers at a time about my case. Every time I needed to talk to my lawyer I had to get with a different person and wait for them to catch up on my case by looking at notes from the previous person. That got old fast! Just let me stick to one person. If I have to have another one then fine. Other than that it's a good service to have.
