Early response with will was great except it needed the specific items I had listed. They claimed they didn't normally do that on free wills but did so without issue. I did approve of the revised will but have still not received the final draft for signature and to have on file.
I'm disappointed, but not sure what else could have been done.

My overall experience has been decent. My problems have been with the recommendations of attorneys to help me with problems that I have locally. I would call these attorneys & they would not return my calls, or they would say that I need to leave a message. I did not realize that with this service I could not speak with an attorney.( only thru messages)

I like this service, especially from the law firm because they talk down to you at your level so you can understand what the law is supposed to be for everybody and they will take time and answer your questions and sometimes I'll have you send in paperwork so they can help you understand the situation better or what they can do to help protect your $#*! or anything else that you might have

The only reason I didn't grade a 5 is because the intake person first told me it couldn't be done of the change I wanted to make. The attorney of course said it could be done.

I was waiting for the revised Will. It appears the revised Will was sent the day after I requested revieions, however it did not come until today, 3 weeks later. I read it over and I am satisfied with the revision, and will now get it notarized.
