It was very fast and easy to order. Next day free delivery - amazing. I love the mattress, it is very comfortable! And looks great! The pillows are great as well. Thank you Leesa, you saved me from the back pains and body aches.
Pillow and mattress were on 2 different shipments and wasn't made aware until I called. Wish this was made more apparent in the online order up front. You get a shipping notice for the pillows thinking that's when the mattress will be delivered too since you didn't get a notification for the mattress. But that wasn't the case. This makes timing for when to remove you old mattress and put the new mattress on your bed frame difficult to plan accordingly.
Ordering is easy peasy, website product information is excellent, and the mattress is very comfortable. The only thing I'd change is to make the pillows that are included with the order optional.

I received several emails trying to sell me a Leesa mattress after I bought one and before it had shipped. This had the effect of making it seem like Leesa was not acknowledging my order.
After that mildly disturbing period, all was well when the mattress arrived. It is beautiful, and I love that it was made in the USA and did not come with excessive packaging.
