I ordered and received confirmation on April 21,2023. The support page states that orders are "shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed". I attempted to follow-up on the status of my order several times with no success. I received the confirmation email at 4:05pm EST on Friday, 4/21/2023 and when I wrote this statement, it was 10:15am EST on Monday, 5/1/2023. I sent the vendor an email on Wednesday, 4/26/23 at 12:30pm EST which was answered. I attempted a Facebook direct message on Thursday, 4/27/23 at 10:14am EST which was never answered. I attempted (four times) to call the customer service number [*******533] (4/27/23 at 10:11am EST, 4/27/23 at 3:59pm EST, 4/27/23 at 4:25pm EST and 4/27/23 8:45pm EST). The call rings to an auto-attendant stating your call will be connected to a representative and then immediately a recording comes on stating that there is nobody available at that number and disconnects. I look at my order history and as I wrote this email, the order continued to show unfulfilled. My order status didn't change until I sent an email and informed them if I did not get an update or notice the package was shipped I would dispute the charges.

I feel in love with my new front grille I even put it on without connecting the wires i just couldn't wait. Just need to connect the wires

MY DEALINGS WITH THE PURCHASE FROM LED FACTORY MART WAS GREAT! I BOUGHT THESE LIGHTS FOR MY WIFES 2015 HERITAGE SOFTAIL, AND THEY'RE AWESOME. INSTALLATION WAS EASY AND SHE WAS READY TO GO THE SAME DAY. I FEEL BETTER THAT NOT ONLY MY WIFE CAN SEE CLEARE, BUT THAT OTHERS CAN SEE HER. THANK YOU!

The grill I ordered was nice and looks good on new Tacoma but the raptor lights came without the extra wiring harness to tap into fuse box and grounding eyelets for the negative wire. Also, the very first rain I drove in, I noticed two lights with moisture in them. This kit costs way too much to be missing hardware and have faulty equipment.

Liked the concept and the looks of the product. When installing them for some reason the lights didn't function as advertised. Ended up keeping old lights and disposing of the led lights I ordered

I ordered rear turn signal bulbs for my 2008 Harley Street Glide because on web site says they fit my bike. I got them and they did not fit they are 1157 dual contact and my bike tike take 1156. I didn't know this when placing order online, so I went by it said they fit my bike. Now emailed them to return them and get correct ones and this is what I was told. I can keep them because of restocking fees and cost to ship them back and reorder the right ones and they will give me 15% discount coupon and try to sell the ones I got. I have ordered headlight and front turn signals and they work great. I don't need to do all the extra leg work to get the right ones just do the right thing and send me the correct lights please.

I like the easy install and the LED part works and looks great. Smoked covers are terrible. Cloudy looking, made them look old. Had to order replacements elsewhere.

A quality product for a reasonable price, prompt shipping

I like it but you need to mark the poles next time a and b cause I put b in a's spot broke a pole good thing there was replacements which was a $#*! to fix but we got it now haven't used it yet that review will be later
