Easy order just took longer than expected to get my order

My orders arrived but it took longer than I expected. Products seem to be good quality. The test of time takes time.

The shipping times are awful, nearly three weeks is way too long to wait.

They look great! Easy to install. My daughter loves picking the color of the halos every time we go for a drive

Ordered headlight and fog light package for my Jeep. Received the headlights fairly quickly. The fog lights came separately about 2 weeks later. No notification was given to me that the order would be in two shipments AND that they would be almost 2 weeks apart. After phone calls and emails I was assured that the fog lights were on the way. True to their word, I received the fog lights, although it took another two weeks later. LED Factory Mart needs to notify customers of separate shipments for a single order. Had I known that there were 2 boxes for one order, (shipping separately) I probably would've given 5 stars.

Loved all the products. Easy to install. Like they came from the factory. Couldn't be happier. I'll he back for more. Overall a fantastic experience and a great website for my 4Runner needs.

Made my purchase in late May, and 4Runner Fang Lights arrived in a little over a week and were installed easily enough. The passenger side Fang light failed in the first few hours after installation, (in the white mode), so I troubleshot it to ensure it was getting power once I verified it was the Fang light itself and I contacted Customer Service. Since they advertised a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a 24 to 48 hour response time I anticipated my issue would be resolved quickly. No so!
You have a long way to go before you get to your advertised "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and your response time of 24-48 hours.
* Several (5) calls went unreturned
* Initial e-mails went unanswered for over a week
* I had to purchase a second set to get 1 working pair.
* Several E-Mails later I was finally contacted( a week+) it took over a week of daily e-mails to get to a 50% resolution. First, you offered 3% refund then a 30 % and finally a 50% and only after a lot of arguing,
If you are going to advertise it then live up to it! Otherwise remove it.

I tried to type in my code for veterans discount but it keeps saying it's invalid. My code I was given is GX-Q70WRG4W2P So I never received my discount. I love the lights but it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to install the lights.

I purchased the Matte Black Front Grill & LED Raptor Lights Combo for 2014-Later Toyota 4Runner. Everything was packaged perfectly and it only took a week to arrive, which was super fast considering it came from Hong Kong. The shipping updates and communication were fantastic.

The plastic replacement grill, the bumper overlay, the TOYOTA letters and amber LED raptors lights were well crafted. The wiring harness for the amber LED raptor lights was super clean. The lights lit up perfectly and are plenty bright. I really liked that the bumper overlay had pre-drilled screw holes for the TOYOTA letters.

Overall, amazing experience and quality product. I will definitely purchase more products.

The LED lights look nice and operated smoothly. However the instillation was much more complicated than described. Some items did not come with any installation instructions. There was no parts list and some items appeared to be extra. The YouTube video links failed to show any of the wiring for the color changing halos. (The hardest parts). I had to use videos from their competition oracle to have even the slightest idea how to get it wired. The descriptions repeatedly called this a plug and play item which is very deceptive. I needed to buy another $70 of wiring, splicers, and fuse jumpers to make this all work. I've unintentionally purchased items from several oversees companies at this point and they all operate the same, by omitting critical information and otherwise providing vague and deceiving information. LED MART is one of the worst in this regard. It took hours longer than anticipated to install the LED head lights, fog lights, side markers and directionals. Also know that when the item says it is in stock, they mean in stock in China. It will ship without clear tracking. This is an inexpensive purchase that if you're lucky arrives intact and working and if you are handy can be a nice addition to your vehicle. For me this gamble paid off.

Everything went as expected. Decent delivery time. Product was graet, all components worked as advertised.

Will shop here again.
